- Perform On-site calibrations with 20+ years cGMP experience, for cGMP Laboratories, cGMP Manufacturing Facilities and more. On-site calibrations include but are not limited to the following equipment and systems:
- Temperature and Humidity Calibrations – Such as Freezer’s, Refrigerators, Cleanroom Room Sensors, Temperature Transmitters
- Differential Pressures – Such as Cleanroom differential pressure sensors, air handler sensors and differential pressure gauges.
- Pressure –
- Balances and scales
- In-House Audits for Metrology, Quality, Engineering and Production Departments
- Tracking Database Reconciliation
- Design Measurement Data Templates for Tests that need to be performed and need to meet regulatory requirements
- Create New and update existing procedures to meet regulations
- Perform CAPA Investigations, Root Cause analysis and Remediation Plan with Execution
- Cross train personnel in Metrology, Quality, and Production testing procedures
- Perform and set up In-House calibration test procedures and cross functional training with adjustments.
- Perform Quality Reviews with solutions to corrective actions
